Acua Solutions Limited client scoops top awards

A key client of leadership and management specialist Acua Solutions Limited has scooped two top awards at a prestigious ceremony for financial services.

Foster Denovo, a client of the Coventry-based company since June 2010, won the Best Recruitment and Development Award at the Money Marketing Awards 2013 on March 21 in addition to the coveted IFA of the Year Award.

The national financial advisory group also achieved second place for Best RDR Business Transition, awarded for work relating to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) Retail Distribution Review.

The work the company has undertaken with Acua Solutions Limited was cited in the submission for Best Recruitment and Development, while Acua, a group company of Coventry University, was instrumental in delivering the management and leadership development required to support Foster Denovo and its staff.

Acua Solutions Limited is delivering a number of training modules for Foster Denovo, including Understanding Organisational Strategy, Leading Change and Improvement, Developing Service Delivery and Personal Effectiveness.
