Ringtons Takes to the stage with new partnership
North East-based firm Ringtons Beverages has secured a partnership to supply its specialist teas and coffee to theatre-goers at the historic Grand Theatre in Blackpool.
Ringtons fair trade tag and envelope teas and coffee products will be on offer to the Grand Theatre’s thousands of visitors, after the Newcastle-based company partnered with Border Vending North West Ltd, which supplies a selection of coffee machines to the landmark theatre.
As one of Britain’s premier heritage theatres, Blackpool’s Grand Theatre is a welcomed addition to the growing portfolio of Ringtons Beverages, the food services division of Ringtons.
Stephen Drysdale, head of department at Ringtons Beverages, said: “The partnership with Border Vending North West is a fantastic opportunity for us as we’re able to showcase our quality products to a wider audience.
“The Grand Theatre is such a well-loved and treasured venue in Blackpool, which provides an outstanding standard of hospitality to its visitors. We are confident that offering our range of hot beverages will uphold the high-quality service the Grand Theatre customers are accustomed to, while also helping to enhance the visitor experience.”
Colin Johnston, development director at the Grand Theatre, added: “When we opened our new Stage Door café-bar we were looking for a purveyor of tea and coffee that would be as passionate about our business and providing our visitors with the highest level of hospitality as we are and we have found this in our partnership with Ringtons and Border Vending North West.
“The Ringtons brand has an outstanding reputation with over 100 years’ experience in supplying high-quality products and we believe this reflects our own values and heritage as a long standing and respected North West business, which gives us great confidence.”
Ringtons Beverages, the food services division of Ringtons, specialises in supplying restaurants, coffee shops, offices, hotels, department stores and gyms located throughout the UK with a comprehensive service ranging from equipment and training through to products and support, while its tea and coffee products are roasted, brewed and packed at the firm’s Newcastle-based manufacturing plant.
