Altrincham-based affordable housing business, Lovell, has secured a series of new contracts worth £12.5m.
The business has been confirmed for four new deals in the North West, including a £1.3m project to build 14 bungalows in Wythenshawe, Manchester, for the Parkway Green Housing Trust.
Other deals include a £2.8m development of 33 houses and bungalows in Runcorn, Cheshire, while Lovell is also starting work on a £2.44m affordable housing scheme in Huyton for Knowsley Housing Trust.
Further to these wins, Lovell secured a contract to work on a £1.98m housing scheme in Liverpool, which will see the firm create 18 properties for Liverpool Mutual Homes.
