Diversity Travel open new office in Manchester
Travel management firm, Diversity Travel, has opened a new regional office in Manchester city centre following rapid growth over the past two years.
The office is based at Manchester One over 5,900 sq ft of recently refurbished, environmentally-friendly space.
Diversity Travel said it is preparing itself for continued growth over the next few years, and this move highlights their expansion expectations.
Sarah Burrows, development director for the business, said: “It’s a great time to be a growing business in Manchester, there’s definitely a renewed sense of confidence in the city and we’re delighted to move to an office that keeps us right in the centre and is environmentally friendly too.
“We send people to the farthest flung corners of the earth, and we now do all of that while looking out across the city and the Peak District.”
The company is particularly focussed on helping charities and NGOs with their travel arrangements and are mindful this is done efficiently, safely and responsibly.
Energy efficiency was also a key part of the firm’s decision to move into Manchester One, where a zone controlled air conditioning system, sensor activated LED lights and electronic taps have been installed.
The office also has carpets made from recycled materials, while staff have been encouraged to cycle or jog to work by installing low flow showers at the site.
