Builder partnered with Trust
North East building and maintenance company, AH Property Services, has been selected as a framework partner by the Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust.
The company has been chosen as one of six approved suppliers to carry out work on projects up to the value of £2million each over the next three and potentially four years.
Keith McDougall, Business Development Director, said: “We are delighted to have been selected from the 12 companies shortlisted. This is another important step in us growing and moving on from working mainly as a sub-contractor for large firms to a business which is winning work directly with major clients.
“We look forward to providing the trust with high quality, value for money services in the years ahead and further diversifying the scope and scale of the projects we deliver.”
Paul McCabe Head of Estates at the Trust said: “The Trust Estates Department are delighted to have AH Property Services as a framework partner, it was clear from the quality of their submission that they share our values of customer care and delivery of a quality service. We look forward to translating that commitment into improved facilities for our clients and staff.”
Other recent contract wins for AH Property Services include an external cladding project for the Go Warm initiative in Teesside, a repair scheme on behalf of Leazes Homes in Newcastle to bring empty homes back into use and works to refurbish 100 properties for South Tyneside Homes.
