NewVoiceMedia appoints new Partner Manager
NewVoiceMedia, a leading provider of cloud contact centre solutions, announces the appointment of Sara Smith as Partner Manager.
In the new position, Sara will strengthen the business’s well-established relationship with Salesforce to secure its position as global partner of choice for cloud contact centre technology. NewVoiceMedia’s solution ‘ContactWorld for Salesforce’, integrates natively with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, enabling customers to quickly and easily deploy best-in-class contact centres.
Sara brings a wealth of experience to the role, serving over 15 years in the contact centre industry, including ten years for an Avaya reseller and four years at Genesys, in predominantly consulting roles. Most recently, she held the position of Enterprise Account Director – Financial Services at NewVoiceMedia for over a year, gaining a broad understanding of the business and its relationship with Salesforce.
