Leeds St Ives site comes to market
The Industrial Agency team at CBRE in Leeds has been appointed by St Ives plc to market its Leeds direct mail facility whose operations have been relocated to Bradford as part of a consolidation process.
The two detached warehouse units, totalling 112,839 sq ft, are located on a 4.21 acre site just off the Leeds Outer Ring Road in an established industrial / warehousing hub within the Seacroft area. The units are available to lease or purchase as a whole or in part. Existing local occupiers include Leeds City Council, NPower, Royal Mail, Virgin Media and Unilever.
Associate Director of Industrial Agency at CBRE Leeds, Dave Cato, said; “St Ives took the decision to relocate to their Bradford facility to improve the efficiency of their operations by consolidating the group’s direct mail offering into a single location. Vacating the Leeds property has now created a fantastic opportunity for interested parties who are seeking well-connected space within a recognised industrial location with established neighbouring operations.”
