Leeds digital agency bought for £10.7m
Leeds-based digital agency, Branded3 have been bought by publishing services and marketing solutions firm St Ives Group.
Branded3 has around 50 staff, and offices in London and Leeds servicing entertainment, finance and travel sectors.
Co-founders Vin Chinnaraja and Patrick Altoft sold the firm for £10.7m and will continue to manage Branded3 from its current locations.
Mr Chinnaraja said: “We have achieved another major milestone in our growth plans and becoming part of a synergistic, forward-thinking group where there is huge potential for
collaboration is a real boost for us. I am really looking forward to working with the St Ives team to fulfil our ambitious plans.”
