SYNETY Introduces Integrated Call Conferencing for Microsoft Outlook

SYNETY, the cloud telephony solutions specialist, has added a new telephone conferencing capability to its CloudCall Click for Microsoft Outlook service, giving any Outlook user the ability to add and manage multiple participants to any call instantly, using almost any telephony equipment.

CloudCall Click for Outlook users can now convert any call into a conference call, by simply clicking on their contacts within Outlook to add up to 50 participants, with full call management capabilities. This eliminates the need to send out dial-in details and pin numbers for conference bridges. Calls are initiated and bridged on SYNETY’s cloud telephony platform, so organisers can set up conferences with only one phone line and do not need any special telecoms equipment.

The conference service extends CloudCall’s existing features such as click-to-dial and automated call recordings linked to email folders. Conference calls can be recorded in the cloud and replayed and managed within Outlook.

All calls are at SYNETY’s ultra-low call rates of 0.75p per minute for UK landline numbers and 2p per minute for UK mobiles, enabling organisations to slash their overall communications costs. The CloudCall Click service is priced at £10 per user, per month.

Additional built-in functions include advanced reporting and analysis on usage and activity by user so that entire workforces can be monitored easily, integrated IVR / Auto-Receptionist to greet and help route incoming calls efficiently and call queuing which allows calls during busy periods to be handled more efficiently.
