Luxury aparthotel opens in Liverpool Hatton Garden
Richmond Luxury Living Group has opened a new luxury apartment-hotel site in central Liverpool’s Hatton Garden.
The business, who launched the new accommodation site last week, said the location was a perfect split between the business, education and retail sectors of the city.
As a new luxury accommodation concept for Liverpool, The Richmond provides large apartments with four star hotel services, which the firm said make it ideal for residential conferences, events, business trips and leisure visits to the city.
The hotel includes 51 apartments, suites and rooms in a Grade II listed building, while it also offers modern facilities such as Wi-Fi and 24 hour room service.
Steven Hesketh, group director for Richmond Luxury Living, said: “We are pleased to be opening our exciting development. We look forward to welcoming guest and visitors to The Richmond.”
The deal was first announced in January this year, when Mr Hesketh commented: “With guest services second to none, we feel the development will further enhance Liverpool’s attraction to business and leisure guests. Developments such as this continue to underline that Liverpool is a vibrant destination.”
