Using Business Impact, training in Level 2 and Level 3 BIT has been implemented easily in the business, and the operational teams are now empowered to transform the business on an ongoing basis to ensure there is a team solution to improving quality and efficiency in all production.

This training programme is built around core best practice in business management and suits businesses of all sizes. The team at First Water were outstanding in their commitment to BIT and the longer term business benefits of using BIT within the organisation can really help with the growth of the business, and the implementation of best practice in a technical business.”
