NewVoiceMedia expands presence in APAC with key appointment
NewVoiceMedia is strengthening its position in APAC as a leading cloud contact centre vendor, with the appointment of Brett Waters as Vice President, Asia Pacific.
Brett joins with over 20 years’ experience in international software businesses. He most recently served as VP APAC at RightNow Technologies for more than seven years, prior to which he held business development roles at PeopleSoft, OpenText and Oracle.
Based in Sydney, Australia, Brett will drive business development and sales to increase NewVoiceMedia’s market share in APAC. The company’s commitment to the region is an integral part of its plans for worldwide expansion, and the announcement closely follows the appointment of Hanne Refslund as Sales Director, Northern Europe and France.
NewVoiceMedia is growing at more than twice the rate of the rapidly expanding cloud contact centre market according to industry analyst DMG Research, and has doubled the number of staff in the last year to meet the increased demand for its technology.
