SYNETY Announces GoldMine CRM Integration for CloudCall Click

SYNETY, the cloud telephony software and services specialist, has announced the integration of its CloudCall on-demand business telephony application with GoldMine CRM, one of the world’s most widely used customer relationship management solutions for small businesses.

GoldMine will offer CloudCall to its users as part of its regular software upgrade programme, making integration easy and completely seamless for organisations.

This integration provides GoldMine users with enhanced employee productivity and efficiencies with on-demand telephony services accessible directly from within GoldMine. These telephony functions include desktop click-to-dial, full integration of detailed call histories, and the ability to embed complete recordings of calls directly into contact records for easy replaying and management.

CloudCall’s features can be delivered in addition to GoldMine users’ existing telephony arrangements on a per-user, per-month basis with no upfront costs. Companies using CloudCall integrated with their CRM software also benefit from ultra-low costs for outbound calls, which enables significant savings.
