m-hance COO named among top Microsoft Dynamics influencers
A survey conducted by Dynamics World has ranked Andrew Hayward, Chief Operating Officer of business software solutions provider m-hance, as one of the world’s most influential people within the Microsoft Dynamics community. Hayward has been ranked 16th in Dynamics World’s 2013 Microsoft Dynamics Most Influential People Top 100 table, up seven places from the same survey in 2012, in a poll which attracted over 700 nominations worldwide.
Established in 2008, Dynamics World’s annual Top 100 survey acknowledges the most influential people that significantly shape the Microsoft Dynamics community. Nominees are assessed by several criteria including the number of votes received, depth of experience of Microsoft Dynamics, customer reach and commitment to developing innovative add-on applications which further extend the functionality of Microsoft’s core solutions. This year’s Dynamics World survey received nearly 400,000 votes, making it one of the most respected benchmarks of Microsoft Dynamics influence of its type.
Hayward says, “I’m extremely grateful to everyone who voted for me as one of the most influential people in Microsoft Dynamics for 2013. This is a huge testament to everyone connected to m-hance and the growth that the business has achieved, not just in a financial sense, but in the strong position we now occupy within the Dynamics community.”
Andrew Hayward has been instrumental in m-hance’s rapid growth following the company’s formation in 2011, initially as Managing Director and latterly in his new role as Chief Operating Officer. The company has recently been awarded gold competencies by Microsoft for Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management and silver for Application Development and Hosting. Hayward is also leading the expansion of m-hance into the United States and India whilst overseeing its increasing intellectual property suite with 25 new Microsoft-based products planned for 2013, which include strong investment in cloud, mobile and enterprise collaboration applications.
Hayward comments, “m-hance has expanded to become a leading software author in its own right. We have developed a number of horizontal and sector specific solutions that are proven to integrate into Microsoft Dynamics, enabling businesses to benefit from considerable time and cost benefits as well as improving collaboration to drive success. We are also enjoying increased demand for our innovative solutions from the Microsoft partner network who are seeking to provide their customers with additional efficiency savings.”
