Plenty Of Room At Miller Homes' The Meadows

Families looking to upsize their home this spring are being offered extra assistance from the five-star housebuilder Miller Homes following its introduction of Help to Buy at The Meadows.

Backed by the Government, Help to Buy is now open to home movers as well as first time buyers and is available on a range of homes at The Meadows in County Durham including the four-bedroom Conway, which is now ready to move into.

The spacious Conway, with integral double garage, is priced at £339,950 and is located just a short walk from The Galaxy Garden, which is set in the heart of this highly sought-after development, providing a perfect living space for growing families.

Homebuyers looking to secure their new home at The Meadows could benefit from the Government’s new Help to Buy scheme, which is also available at Miller developments throughout the region.

The scheme offers assistance for buyers who only have a small deposit of around 5% through the provision of a 20% equity loan from the Government for those who meet the qualifying criteria, meaning buyers could only need to secure up to a 75% mortgage from a provider.
