JTM wins bid for major social housing contract
Commercial laundry specialist JTM Service has further cemented its position in the social housing sector by securing a new four-year contract with Yorkshire Housing.
JTM Service was successful in a tender process to ensure the communal laundry facilities across Yorkshire Housing sites operate at peak performance and are energy efficient.
Yorkshire Housing provides 16,000 affordable homes across the region. JTM will conduct an audit of service laundry equipment, service and replace machines across the social landlord’s 100 communal facilities.
Michael Buckley, planned maintenance manager for Yorkshire Housing said: “In a robust procurement process JTM has successfully tendered to deliver Yorkshire Housing’s communal laundry facilities across our property portfolio. We are confident that JTM will provide a customer focused service and offer real value for money, providing an efficient and effective service to exceed our customer and stakeholder requirements.”
