Ringtons target garden centre supply chain
Iconic North East tea brand Ringtons is pursuing the garden centres supply market as it scoops two new contracts with its food services business.
Ringtons Beverages will now supply eateries in Trebaron Garden Centre in Blackpool and Sandhill Garden Centre in Preston.
The contracts will see Ringtons Beverages supply coffee machines, filter coffee, coffee beans, tea bags and a selection of ancillary products.
Stephen Drysdale, head of department at Ringtons Beverages, said: “Having supplied Brambles at Poplar Tree Garden Centre and also Lintzford Garden Centre in the North East for many years now, we are delighted to be able to offer our knowledge and experience of supplying this sector with other garden centres located across the breadth of Northern England.
“Each garden centre was looking to offer its customers a beverages menu that would rival the popular high street coffee chains and after working closely with them I am confident that we have created an outstanding hot beverages solution to meet the individual needs of each company.”
