Manchester United sign Thai telecoms firm as sponsors
Manchester United have signed a deal with Thai telecoms firm True Corporation to become the club’s mobile sponsors.
The Three-year agreement will mean True Corporation will become one of the club’s numerous global sponsors.
According to Manchester United, more than 70 million viewers watched the team in the first seven months of last season, and True are instrumental in bringing sports viewing to mobile devices.
The firm will become official associate match sponsors for the Bangkok leg of the club’s Tour 2013.
This latest deal follows April’s signing of an eight-year, £160m deal with insurance company Aon, who will sponsor the club’s training kit and training ground at Carrington.
