Livingcity Group launches online presence for LcBC
Manchester headquartered The Livingcity Group - one of the region’s leading property and asset management companies – has created and launched the first ever dedicated website for Livingcity Building Consultants (LcBC) which is the firm’s Chartered Building Surveying Division. The new site – which was created by DigitallyDexterous – is now LcBC’s dedicated hub for both existing and new clients as well as the wider business and property communities. Launched this week, it includes a number of key areas, including; a summary of the company as well as overviews of its core services for both private and corporate clients. The text of the site is also complemented by a suite of specially commissioned photography.
LcBC officially launched last year and is headed up by David Shaw, who is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with 31 years experience of working across the construction industry – both within the public and private sectors. The team offers a variety of services including Contract Administration and Project Management to individual guidance on the Construction Design and Management Regulations. It also implements refurbishment schemes from inception to completion, provides advice on CAD/ Planning and Building Regulation applications and it delivers RICS surveys to both residential and commercial buildings - including mixed-use schemes, which incorporates planned maintenance surveys and feasibility studies & reports.
David Shaw said: “LcBC is a key part of the Livingcity business so it was right we invested in a dedicated site. Our aim is to now build on the launch and to really market the services we offer across the North West and beyond.“
The new LcBC site is live now.
