Free NLP Practitioner course to Cheltenham entrepreneur

A local business is offering a free NLP Practitioner course to help one Gloucestershire based business accelerate their growth in 2013.

NLP Business School, based in Cheltenham and providing consultancy and training internationally, aims to unlock the growth potential of one local business or entrepreneur to showcase the true value of NLP as a mechanism for growth in local economies.

Headed up by the ex-Commercial Director of Chelsea Building Society, the accredited Business School uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in combination with business and leadership models as a powerful and constructive combination to help business owners think, communicate and manage themselves and their businesses more profitably for growth.

Gary Pickering, Managing Director of the NLP Business School says: “Growth in local economies is critical. Our aim at NLP Business School is to help business owners realise their ambitions and remove the barriers to their own success.”

Gary added that the NLP certifications would be equally beneficial to budding entrepreneurs and individuals looking to improve their prospects in the world of work: “NLP is a tool for growth; whether that be in business, in education or in life. I’ve always said you need to ‘Love what you do, or change it!’ It’s knowing how people can change things positively that is the power of NLP.”

NLP Business School has also committed to giving 20% of the profits made from the Cheltenham based course to Winston’s Wish, the charity for bereaved children, a local charity and largest provider of services to bereaved families in the UK.

Catherine Ind, Chief Executive of Winston’s Wish said, “We are very grateful to Gary for his support over many years, and we are delighted to benefit from the course later in the year. Every donation goes towards helping support bereaved children and their families. It is a very sad fact that every 22 minutes a child in Britain is bereaved of a parent; this equates to 24,000 new children each year learning to live with a powerful range of confusing and conflicting emotions.”

Businesses and individuals have until 12pm Tuesday 30th July to enter the competition via the NLP Business School web site. The winner will be selected at random by Liz Thatcher of Winston’s Wish and the 7-day NLP Practitioner Course will take place in October 2013 in Cheltenham. With a total value of £990, this represents a substantial training programme for a business or individual looking to move to the next phase of growth.
