SYNETY and JI Software Announce Maximizer CRM Integration

SYNETY, the cloud telephony software services specialist, and CRM specialist JI Software have announced the integration of SYNETY’s CloudCall on-demand business telephony application with Maximizer CRM, one of the world’s leading CRM software solutions.

The integration enables organisations to embed advanced telephony services directly into the Maximizer CRM toolbar, including desktop click-to-dial, full integration of detailed call histories, and the ability to embed complete recordings of calls directly into contact records for easy replaying and management. This boosts users’ productivity and enables them to focus on making calls, not on finding and dialling numbers.

CloudCall can be embedded and delivered as an adjunct to customers’ existing telephony on a per-user, per-month basis with no upfront costs. Maximizer CRM users can benefit from CloudCall’s ultra-low costs for outbound calls of just 0.75p per minute for UK landline numbers and 2p per minute for UK mobiles, helping to make significant savings on communications.
