Vote Britain's most trusted used car manufacturer

To celebrate and honour Britain’s best used cars, What Car? and Trusted Dealers are asking motorists to vote for ‘Britain’s most trusted used car maker’. The winner will be announced at the What Car? Used Car of the Year Awards, sponsored by Warranty Direct, later this year.

Used car sales are hugely important to the economy; 6,743,080 used cars were sold in 2012 and thousands of motorists consult What Car? about which used car to buy on a daily basis.

“We really need motorists to help us decide which car maker should be presented with ‘Britain’s most trusted used car maker’, said What Car? editor-in-chief Chas Hallett. “We really need their opinions on reliability, dealer service, quality and value for money. This new award will help customers make an informed choice when planning on buying a used car.”

The survey is online at www.whatcar.com/usedcarsurvey

What Car? recently joined forces with Trusted Dealers to launch What Car? Approved Used. What Car? Approved Used is one of the most important developments in the used car retailing business, it offers unprecedented peace of mind for consumers – uniquely and most importantly the scheme endorses both the product and the retailer.

Neil Addley managing director of Trusted Dealers, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with What Car? to find Britain’s most trusted used car brand.

“Promoting the trust and reliability of their vehicles is something manufacturers have invested a lot of time and effort in, so it will be interesting to see how this impacts on the results of the survey.”
