Quorum acquires Trafford Park property
Wilmslow-based property firm, Quorum Investments, has acquired a 45,000 sq ft warehouse unit in Trafford Park for an undisclosed sum.
Quorum will work with the current tenant, paper and coatings-maker Tullis Rusell, to find a new occupier for the building as it is currently empty.
The property is situated at the junction of Barton Dock Road and Parkway providing immediate access to J9 of the M60.
The building, which reportedly requires extensive refurbishment, benefits from 8m eaves height, dock level and level access loading, large yard, good power supply and a sprinkler system.
Quorum was established in 1986 and the company said it has grown its portfolio of office, industrial and retail spaces to be worth over £70m in the past two decades.
