Maxwell Hodge Grow Commercial Team
Merseyside solicitors Maxwell Hodge have made a series of new appointments and a hat-trick of internal promotions.
Since the start of the year, the firm has continued to expand its commercial team.
John Gorman and Mark Fergusson have joined the firm, bringing with them over fifteen years of specialist commercial experience.
As well as new faces for the firm, there have also been a total of three high-level promotions within the existing team at Maxwell Hodge.
Brad Armstrong has taken the helm as Head of Commercial Department. Brad is a solicitor and has worked in the Commercial Department for five years. He welcomed the move to Head of Department, saying: “As one of the leading law firms in Liverpool, Maxwell Hodge has been a fantastic environment in which to further my career as a solicitor. Taking on the role of Head of Department means I can use my experience to direct the strategic growth of our commercial team, which is something I am keen to do.”
Simon Leyland, Managing Partner said: “Brad has been with Maxwell Hodge for a number of years and has demonstrated a high level of drive and ability. I am confident that his appointment to Head of Commercial Department will ensure the continued growth of the team and the firm.”
To coincide with this move, wills specialist Andrea Ashton has also been appointed as Head of Lifetime Planning, and solicitor Jennifer Howell will manage the firm’s Heswall office.
Maxwell Hodge is one of the region’s leading law firms operating from eight offices stretching from Formby to Wirral with a city centre office in the heart of Liverpool’s business district.
