Warren Partners appoint two new directors
Northwich-based executive search consultancy Warren Partners have appointed two new directors into their team.
Christophe Mille will move from London-based Korn//Ferry International, where he headed the European Energy Practice for its Futurestep business, along with colleague Greg Morgan who was a consultant in the group’s Consumer Practice.
Mr Mille specialised in the natural resources sector, serving large and mid-cap clients across oil & gas and mining & metals after carrying out industry assignments for clients in Europe, Africa, Russia/CIS and Asia.
He commented: “Working with colleagues in the Industrial Practice at Warren Partners will be an exciting challenge.
“I’m keen to play my part in developing the international client base, building on the strong reputation and heritage of the team.”
Mr Morgan was formerly an officer in the British Army, and served in the UK and overseas, after which he joined HSBC where he became a project manager.
He later joined Stanton Chase International, where he developed a practice recruiting for industrial process management roles for consumer clients in the manufacturing, chemicals, food, FMCG and resources sectors.
From 2010 he led the Consumer Practice team at Korn/Ferry Futurestep, placing candidates in UK and global executive roles at retail, manufacturing and food companies.
Mr Morgan said: “I’m really looking forward to being part of the Retail & Consumer team, and having a very hands-on role in driving the business forward. It’s the ideal opportunity for me at this stage in my career.”
