Growth for Altodigital’s Leeds operation
One of the leading independent suppliers of digital print and document services to businesses across the UK, Altodigital of Leeds, has enjoyed significant recent expansion.
The company has won a host of new contracts in the past few months, including being awarded a place on the prestigious HealthTrust Europe procurement framework, which makes it a preferred supplier for managed document solutions (MDS) to more than 40 NHS Trusts tendering through the scheme.
In addition, it has been appointed by the Crescent Purchasing Consortium framework, a procurement hub for further education colleges nationwide.
This year has also seen Altodigital boost staff levels with three new appointments to its public sector team, as well as four new appointments in its enterprise team, targeting high-end corporations nationwide and taking the total number of staff based in Leeds to 30.
As a result, as reported by Bdaily two days ago, it is moving into new, larger offices in the city, on John Charles Way, a development that will see it become the ‘northern hub’ for the group, which also has sites in the West Midlands, Home Counties, Liverpool, Bristol, London and Southampton.
Tony Burnett, group sales director at AltoDigital, said: “We have had an extremely buoyant 12 months and made significant inroads into the public sector and high end enterprise markets. As such, we are growing rapidly and require more space as we continue to strengthen our core teams.
“Our expertise lies in managing print, copy and document environments to help the small business or corporate customer alike operate more efficiently. We bring cost benefits, increased flexibility and reduced energy consumption and waste and expect demand for our services to rise yet further.”
