Leeds legal practice given the nod for Modern Law Awards
Leeds-based law firm, Emsleys, has been shortlisted for a prestigious new national award for its client care.
The Yorkshire firm has been handpicked from more than 100 entries and shortlisted along with two other practices for the Client Care Initiative of the Year award at the inaugural Eclipse Proclaim Modern Law Awards, which will be held at the Dorchester Hotel in London on 25th September.
The Awards celebrate and identify talent and success in entrepreneurship, market development, business management and best practice in the modern legal services arena.
Speaking of the achievement, Andrew Greenwood, partner and personal injury law expert at Emsleys, said: “We’re delighted to have been shortlisted for this award. Over the past two years we’ve transformed the way we deliver legal services. As well as investing in staff and technology, we’ve embraced the need to move with the times making legal services accessible to all and rewarding clients for their loyalty.
“We put them at the heart of everything we do, from a comprehensive programme of client initiatives, to delivering service excellence through our people and our work in communities.
“This figures in our client feedback; our latest satisfaction survey revealed 97% of would recommend us.”
The company claims that with seven offices around Leeds, all with accessible parking facilities, it can offer a location to suit anyone in the city.
The heavyweight judging panel for the new award includes Adam Sampson, chief ombudsman; Lucy Scott-Moncrieff, past president of the Law Society; and Samantha Barrass, SRA executive director.
