Inviting potential recruits to get to know Analox online

With the aim of ending its recruitment challenges, Analox Ltd has today launched a bespoke Jobs and Human Resources website.

Julie Cole, HR Manager for Analox Ltd, said: “Our primary aim is to give people an insight into how Analox works, the type of team we are, and to give them an understanding of the career development potential within the company.

“We then have plans for further development of this site to include internal resources which will help us retain our staff, bringing the very best out of them and helping them build their own careers.”

The new website gives information about Analox’s strategy and values, as well as details of current vacancies. It also lets potential employees glean information about what it is like to work for the company, with profiles of staff, testimonials by employees, photographs, blogs and information about voluntary work by staff for local charities.

Julie added: “One of the main reasons we struggle to recruit is because of our rural location, so we’re determined to show the benefits of working for us, and the reasons why it is worth relocating to what is actually a wonderful part of the country. We’re showing that we have a ‘family’ rather than ‘corporate’ culture, but that we also understand individual ambition and are keen to see people progress. I’m a perfect example of the potential the company gives its employees. Having started as an office junior more than 17 years ago, I’ve been supported to train in Human Resources, and now have my dream job.

“We want to highlight the potential for anyone within Analox. We’re as keen to speak to potential apprentices as we are graduates, and visitors to the site are invited to get in touch with our Human Resources team directly.”

As the new website launches, Analox Ltd, a company of 50 staff, is advertising three vacancies for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, an Embedded Systems Engineer and an Engineering Project Manager.
