Award winning Red Gate Software partner with RTA

Global Technology Company Red Gate Software has partnered with Raw Talent Academy as they continue with ambitious growth plans, including expanding their sales team.

Red Gate has multiple ‘Inside Sales’ Representative’ positions available and the partnership will see the creation of an Academy, run by Raw Talent Academy, which will source the top talent to attend an Audition Day on the 4th October 2013 at Red Gate’s Cambridge office.

Founded in 1999, Red Gate has grown from a start-up to being an established software provider with offices across the world and tools used by over 650,000 IT professionals. Red Gate’s philosophy is to design highly usable, reliable tools which elegantly solve the problems that developers and database administrators face every day.

Over the next 6 weeks, Raw Talent Academy - founded by Apprentice Winner Lee McQueen - will look to uncover the brightest and best candidates before bringing them to a unique Audition Day. The day will see up to 20 candidates take part in real life business tasks while being assessed by Red Gate’s Sales Management Team. Interested in working with graduates as well as those who already have sales experience, this innovative approach to recruitment sees the candidates judged on their ability and how they perform, not just on their CV or experience alone.
