Bruntwood signs creative trio for Liverpool’s Cotton Exchange
North West commercial property firm Bruntwood has completed a trio of lettings to creative businesses at Liverpool’s Cotton Exchange.
LGBT lifestyle magazine, Seen, and Brewsterd, which provides web applications for indexing and monetising videos, are both moving into chosen the development in Bixteth Street.
Music events business Loud Sound, which has worked on a range of high-profile events including Bestival, Rockness and Creamfields, is the third new arrival at the Cotton Exchange.
Earlier this year the building became a core point of presence on the Metronet (UK) high-speed network, meaning customers can request internet speeds as high as 100 Gbps.
Bruntwood is also offering to pay the removal costs of new customers as part of its Move for Free campaign across its Liverpool portfolio.
Matt Lee, sales surveyor at Bruntwood, said: “We have made significant investments throughout our Liverpool properties and these are proving an attractive draw for a broad range of creative and digital companies. Loud Sound, Seen and Brewsterd are three ambitious, forward-thinking businesses.”
