Manchester's Mojito Marketing to expand workforce
Manchester’s Mojito Marketing is eyeing up substantial growth over the next 12 months and will take on eight new members of staff.
The firm has secured funding from NatWest and will now grow their workforce over the next year.
Founders Bradley Cohen and Kevin Wootton expect turnover to continue at 40% growth rate.
Mojito was established in 2009 and specialises in business development, using social media email marketing and new business consultancy.
NatWest’s relationship manager in Oldham, John Platt, secured the pair a loan via the Government’s Funding for Lending scheme.
Kevin said: “We wanted to grow the business organically initially and lay the foundations to continue a steady growth going forward. Bradley and I are both very ambitious and plan to take the company far.
“We spoke to the four major banks but people buy people – John completely understands our business and has achieved everything he said he would in the promised timescales. It was a very positive experience.”
In the longer term, Mojito Marketing plans to expand its Oxford-based operations and grow further through nationwide acquisitions.
John added: “Bradley and Kevin are both very passionate and dedicated to making their business a success. I’m pleased to have been able to support them and am looking forward to seeing the company develop.”
