Merseyside agency reports strong growth and key wins
Wirral PR firm Polaris Media has reported that turnover has grown by a third - and that they have won two new clients.
The company, now in its second year of trading, has seen turnover rise to £250,000.
Within the last month it has secured accounts with Birkenhead-based manufacturer and outfitter MPE Interiors and Bootle’s Hugh Baird College.
Polaris, which is run by brothers Sam and Ben Pinnington, operates from bases in Liverpool, Manchester and Ellesmere Port.
The firm has a roster of clients including the CBI and Cammell Laird.
Ben Pinnington said: “We would like to thank our clients for their continued support and it is especially pleasing to see maritime grow into our biggest single sector.
“We see plenty of room for further expansion in the next year. Our plan is to target four core areas for growth in 2013/14: maritime, engineering, manufacturing and exports.
“The last six months has seen us develop an extensive pipeline of leads across these industries regionally, nationally and internationally.”
Sam Pinnington added: “Polaris already works with the Maritime & Engineering College North West and Kirkby Sports College and we will be working hard to generate news which tells Hugh Baird’s story powerfully.”
