Dragonfly’s Reflex reaction
Dragonfly PR of Sheffield is celebrating being appointed by Reflex Systems to bring a fresh approach to its marketing and will handle its media relations, e-newsletters and social media activity.
Reflex Systems is one of the UK’s leading designers and installers of security, fire safety, asset protection and building management systems.
It also provides a full project management service from consultancy and design services through to supplying products from the best players in security and building management, with expertise in many industries, including global utility companies, law enforcement, government, military and leisure and hospitality.
The Rotherham-based specialist invited Dragonfly to tender following a referral from another client. The appointment followed a three-way pitch and one of the first projects has seen it promoting Reflex’s sophisticated access control and surveillance system for the First Direct (Leeds) Arena.
John Pye, managing director of Reflex Systems, said: “We like the fact that Dragonfly specialises in business-to-business marketing and has the expertise to draft articles that hit the mark with our specific trade media, as well as local press.
“The company is also helping us produce regular e-newsletters which reinforce our professional image with customers and prospects and provide an engaging way of generating warm leads.”
Marina Wood, Dragonfly PR director, added: “It is great to work with Reflex Systems. It fits perfectly within our portfolio, which consists of mainly business-to-business clients who target specifiers, developers and contractors.
“Since our rebrand and refocus a couple of months ago, we have had a significant increase in new account wins - particularly with construction and manufacturing clients.”
