Ingeus move into prominent Newcastle Quayside premises
Australian training and recruitment firm Ingeus will move its Newcastle operations to Bede House, on the entrance to the Tyne Bridge.
The firm were advised by Lexicon Commercial and will now operate from the 3512 sq ft office space within the building.
Director of Newcastle office agency at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Aidan Baker, said: “It is great to see a leading company, such as Ingeus, opting to secure space at Bede House, as it continues to attract good quality occupiers, as it is excellent refurbished office accommodation.
“This letting follows London & Country Mortgages’ decision in May 2013 to successfully expand its presence at Bede House and increases take up in the building by 20,000 sq ft during the course of this year.”
