Roofing firm heading for nationwide expansion
Lancashire firm Rinus Roofing has taken on two new depots – including one in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
The number of depots secured now totals 15, with GRM Property of Manchester advising on deals across the country. The two most recent deals are for the unit in Macclesfield and another depot in Southampton.
Rinus Roofing, which is based in Darwen, Lancashire, has plans to expand to 30 depots and trade counters, including a base in Liverpool. It already runs a trade counter in Heywood, Manchester.
Gareth Middleton, a partner at GRM Property, said: “This is a fantastic milestone in what is an on-going and complex project for Rinus Roofing.
“With a requirement for total of 30 premises covering the entire country it has required a strategic and planned approach which is really starting to deliver results.
“We have already viewed options in Colchester and Liverpool so we are hoping the second part of the project will be just as successful.”
David Proos, managing director of Rinus Roofing, said: “Rinus Roofing is undergoing a major expansion plan and the new depots are fundamental to its success.
“We have been working very closely with Gareth and are delighted to have reached this point. With his help and expertise we have secured some great properties to date and are looking forward to finalising many more deals in the coming months.”
