Commendation for Northumberland seaside development
A development of luxury apartments with stunning sea views to the Farne Islands has received a prestigious award.
Seafield, the latest project undertaken by County Life Homes, has been highly commended in the Small Development of the Year category in the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards.
Premier Guarantee is the warranty provider behind over £40 billion worth of property - more than a quarter of a million new homes built by some of the best house builders in the UK. The annual awards, now in a seventh year, recognise the very best of these developments, showcasing the importance of quality construction.
For more than a decade, Northumberland based County Life Homes has been creating exceptional homes in desirable locations throughout the North East region.
Seafield at Seahouses is the latest of these. Comprising 10 stone built properties in a magnificent coastal location, the beautifully appointed two bedroom, two bathroom apartments have been expertly designed to incorporate high quality, contemporary fixtures and fittings in a traditionally styled building.
Said County Life Homes Managing Director, Mike Pattison: “We are delighted to have received this recognition. The secret to our success has been securing extremely desirable locations for our developments. In addition to the contemporary, high quality fixtures and fittings, what makes this one so special are the absolutely outstanding coastal views.”
Surveyor John Flaherty of PG Surveyors Ltd. nominated Seafield for the awards.
