Property management firm expands into Manchester
Management and property consultant AA Projects, which is based in Sale, has opened a Manchester office, and also appointed three directors.
The new operation will concentrate on opportunities in the commercial, retail, leisure and infrastructure sectors.
New directors Justin Myall and John Doyle will lead the office while John Murphy joins as director of project management.
AA Projects now has seven regional offices and employs more than 100 staff across the UK.
John Doyle has worked on major shopping centre developments including The Rock, Bury, and Liverpool One, and has worked closely with Tesco.
AA Projects managing director Paul Allen said the new office opens up “tremendous opportunities” for the firm.
It has been appointed by Helena Partnerships to act as employer’s agent on a new 31 unit affordable housing scheme based in St Helens. The appointment has been secured through the JV North Framework.
Helena Living is part of Helena Partnerships, the largest social housing provider in St Helens, looking after 12,500 tenanted properties across the Borough.
‘Living’ has been launched to offer a range of affordable housing options to people who previously have struggled to buy their own new home.
Their new shared ownership properties will mean customers can buy a share in a new home and pay a small rent on the remainder, making what was previously inaccessible now affordable.
