Benelux summit for Liverpool businesses
Liverpool Chamber of Commerce is hosting a special international trade discussion about opportunities for firms seeking to trade within the Benelux countries.
Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg have been tied together by trade and economic treaties since the early 1950s, and provided the kernel of what grew to become the European Union. Key aspects of the conference include expert analysis and advice on how to capitalise on business opportunities within the region.
The event, called ‘Doing Business in the Benelux Region: Opportunities for Exporters and Investors’ is being promoted by Liverpool Chamber in partnership with the British Chambers of Commerce in Belgium, HSBC and COBCOE.
The conference will involve roundtable, one-to-one and group discussions with market experts from the British Chambers of Commerce in Belgium, Netshield (a current British exporter to the region), HSBC and COBCOE.
The event starts at 9am on Thursday 7 November, at the Liverpool Chamber at Number One Old Hall Street in the heart of the city’s Commercial District. Full details available from the Chamber’s website: http://www.liverpoolchamber.org.uk
