Direct Save Telecom Slashes Price of New Line Installations By 40%
From today, cost of residential new line installations is reduced from £49.95 to £29.95
Budget telco Direct Save Telecom today announces that it has slashed the price of residential new line installations with immediate effect from £49.95 to only £29.95 … a saving of just over 40%.
The special offer price is subject to an 18 month contract term. Customers can choose any call or broadband package in conjunction with this offer, including the cheapest-in-the-UK £1.95 per month unlimited broadband deal.
The standard price for a new installation on a no-contract 28 day agreement is now £118, compared to BT’s £130.
Today’s announcement follows last week’s statement from the telco that over 3,000 new customers have signed up to its £1.95 unlimited broadband deal in the last three months. The upsurge in customers switching their business to a more agile provider seems to signal that broadband customers have finally had enough of over-the-top price increases from the big 4 on a regular basis.
