Jo joins Azure to continue developing leaders
Yorkshire leadership development company Azure Consulting has added to its team as it looks to continue its growth in its new home.
Jo Sparagna, an experienced trainer and consultant, has joined the Wakefield firm as a programme facilitator, working alongside a wide range of clients in the public and private sector.
Jo has extensive experience in customer service management and worked alongside Azure as an associate prior to joining the firm. Her expertise covers working with clients on performance management, coaching, implementing change, personal effectiveness, problem solving, complaint handling and team working.
The appointment comes after Azure moved into its new home at Lakeside, on Calder Island Way in 2012. The two-storey building creates space for Azure to grow, as well as to carry out more of its work with clients within its premises, rather than in external venues.
Sharon Klein, director at Azure Consulting, said: “Moving to our new office has given us the ability to continue developing our own business, so that we can better help our growing client list to do the same. Jo joining the team gives us added strength and experience to do this and we are very happy to have her on board.”
