NG Bailey lease brings potential new jobs
Many jobs could be created following the letting of a landmark property in Drighlington, West Yorkshire.
Chartered Surveyors firm Eddisons has agreed a five year lease with NG Bailey, advised by JLL, at the unit on Fieldhead Lane that could provide a major employment boost to the area.
Shazad Mahmood of Eddisons said: ‘We are delighted to have concluded this deal with such a prestigious and well known tenant which it is hoped will lead to the creation of a number of new jobs.’
Eddisons acted on behalf of long standing client, Wharfedale Finance.
The property off the A650 Drighlington by-pass, close to junction 27 of the M62/M621 includes industrial and warehouse space, as well as offices, and extends to nearly 40,000 sq ft, on a total site of 1.71 acres. It was previously occupied by InterCity Services Ltd.
David Smart of NG Bailey, the UK’s leading independent engineering, IT and facilities services business said: ‘Fieldhead Lane will provide us with high quality space in a location which benefits from exceptional transport links.’
Lauren O’Toole at JLL concluded: ‘NG Bailey’s arrival represents new investment in the area and is likely to bring new jobs as well.’
