Leeds PR company promoting national housebuilding scheme
Leeds PR agency, Source Marketing Communications has been appointed by national homebuilder, Bellway to promote its new housing developments throughout Yorkshire.
The north-east based developer, whose Yorkshire division operates out of Wetherby, currently has eight active sites in the region and a number of others in planning stages.
Daniel Kennedy, a director at Source, said: “Bellway is one of the best known names in the national residential property market and is building its reputation in Yorkshire – our aim is to continue developing the brand to ensure that people across the county think of Bellway first when they come to buy a new home.”
Amongst Bellway’s current Yorkshire sites are Bluecoats in Sheffield, Princess Royal Park in Hull, The Limes, The Oaks and Fenton Park, all Leeds, Meadowfields in Boroughbridge and Grosvenor Park, Barnsley.
Ross Clarkson, divisional sales manager for Bellway, said: “We are focusing a lot of attention on building the Bellway brand in the region and PR provides a great platform to highlight different elements of our work, whether it be building quality, site successes or even buyer feedback, that simply can’t be achieved through advertising.”
“Daniel and the team at Source have certainly demonstrated that they can help us towards our goals.”
