m-hance named as dual finalists in The Construction Computing Awards 2013

m-hance, an innovative business software provider, has been named as a finalist in two categories in the Construction Computing Awards 2013. m-hance has been shortlisted for the ‘One to Watch Company’ award following its rapid growth and investment in developing industry leading, tailored solutions that enable construction firms to improve efficiency. m-hance is also in the running to win ‘One to Watch Product’ for its integrated spend management solution, Purchase Management, which enables businesses to reduce processing costs and improve financial control.

Now in their eighth year, The Construction Computing Awards celebrate the technology, tools and solutions which support the effective design, construction and management of civil engineering projects of all sizes. This year’s winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at the Hotel Russell, London, on 21st November 2013.

Mark Thompson, CEO of m-hance comments, “We are delighted to be finalists in two categories in these respected awards. Our long serving team has gained extensive experience working with several of the industry’s leading developers, contractors and suppliers. This deep sector knowledge has enabled us to continually improve our products, such as CRM for Construction, and bring to market innovative new solutions that have been specifically developed to enable construction firms to increase productivity and improve their competitive advantage.”

m-hance is one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK following annual growth of 79 per cent. This year the company has invested significantly to develop additional functionality for its leading construction ERP solution, Infrastructure 365. Key enhancements include the ability to email business documents automatically through the solution and integrated electronic invoicing functionality to save significant time and money by replacing manual and paper-based administration processes, providing a rapid ROI. Infrastructure 365 now also provides extended reporting capabilities and swifter, more personalised access to financial and project costing information using role centres.

m-hance’s new innovative range of integrated mobile, cloud and collaborative options further extend the functionality of its core ERP and CRM solutions. These streamline purchase-to-pay procedures, improve financial transparency and enable businesses to comply with changing legislation, such as the Prompt Payment Code.

Thompson continues “By investing in technology to improve productivity construction firms can more easily adapt to the new normal and are better prepared to prosper as the sector continues to recover. m-hance’s fully integrated, end-to-end solutions not only enable businesses to increase efficiency, but also allow them to build on their margins by leveraging revenue opportunities and maintain tighter control over their expenditure.”

m-hance counts almost half of the UK’s top 25 contractors in its customer base, which include Anglian Building Products, Sir Robert McAlpine, BAM Construct UK, Hewden and The Murphy Group.
