Bolton's Seddon take on £28 million's worth of contracts
Construction company Seddon – which has its head office in Farnworth, Bolton – has secured a series of new contracts totalling more than £28 million this autumn.
In the North West, these include:
Two schemes, together worth £3.1million, for Bolton at Home which will create 32 new houses at Greenroyd Avenue and Back Ashford Walk, Bolton; a £2.2 million design-and-build development of 28 homes at Moore Street, Whelley, Wigan, for Wigan and Leigh Housing.
A £3.1 million, 48-home development in West Kirby for Magenta Living.
Environmental work worth £1.2 million in Liverpool for Liverpool Mutual Homes.
In addition, the company has been appointed to work on Circle Housing Group’s major housebuilding and regeneration framework in Birmingham and the West Midlands.
