Bristol sales adviser secures honours in national property awards

New homes sales adviser Jess Ware has scooped national honours after being named Barratt Homes National Sales Adviser of the Year.

Jess, who works at the five star housebuilder’s Charlton Hayes development in Bristol said she was delighted to secure the sought after award.

“I’ve been working for Barratt in Bristol for the last two years and the award was a lovely surprise,’’ said Jess who has worked at the Charlton Hayes development since it opened a year ago.

She was presented with her award by Barratt Group chief executive Mark Clare who was in the city to open the housebuilder’s new regional headquarters.

“Being a sales adviser is like running your own business - there is such a variety of things to do. Every day is different and that is what I enjoy most about my job, as well as meeting new people,’’ said Jess. “Ultimately, it is all about helping people to find their dream home and doing all that you can to make it an enjoyable experience.’’

Sales director Andrea Pilgrim said she was thrilled with Jess’ achievement. “We pride ourselves on offering customers in the region an unrivalled service and Jess is a perfect example of this.

“Jess has proved to be a great asset to Barratt and feedback from customers reinforces why she deserved to win this great award.’’
