This year saw the biggest achievement with the launch of a two stand alone but interlinked websites for the Cookery School and the retail arm.

In addition to this, Prett is bringing out a cookery book, ‘Family Secrets’ to add to the Curry Cuisine brand.

Prett commented: “It was my mother who inspired me to cook. Ours was a traditional household. I am the fourth child of 5 siblings and everyone was expected to carry out chores and help around the house.

“I hope my new book will motivate families to cook together, just as I do and share the joys and spice smells of real Indian food.”
