London fundraising advisors sell £353k of Utilitywise shares
Hub Capital Partners, a firm specialise in advice on mergers, acquisitions and fundraising, has sold shares with £353,333 in the South Shields utility cost consultancy, Utilitywise.
Richard Feigen, Chairman of Utilitywise, is a director and shareholder of Hub Capital and still retains 0.09% of the firm’s share capital.
In a message to the London Stock Exchange, Utilitywise also announced that newly installed non-executive director Jeremy Middleton also purchased 119,050 ordinary shares at a price of £2.12 per ordinary share.
