Silverstone facilitate expansion of the Moneygate Group’s HQ
Silverstone Building Consultancy has completed an expansion of the Moneygate Group’s national headquarters at The Bulrushes, Boldon Business Park.
Moneygate has doubled the size of their offices on the business park, taking the total size of their office space to 10,000 sq ft. The firm has signed up to a new lease on a neighbouring vacant office through agents Gavin Black & Partners.
Silverstone Building Consultancy were instructed by the landlord, Green Lane Capital, to project manage the refurbishment of the new premises. The work involved linking up two separate units to create one large office tailored to Moneygate’s specific needs including full internal decoration and various sub-divisions to create cellular offices.
Ben Hunter, director at Silverstone commented: ‘We have worked closely with the Green Lane Capital to provide cost and feasibility advice to find the best solution for both landlord and tenant. We were instructed to project manage the contractors to ensure the programme of works was finished in a cost effective and timely manner.’
Moneygate Group is a retail financial services group encompassing financial and investment management. The firm launched in 2007 and has become one of the UK’s fastest growing financial services companies in the UK. Their offices at The Bulrushes are the Group’s national headquarters, however they also have offices in Bristol, Edinburgh and London.
