The awards ceremony is organised by News on the Block – which provides help and advice to flat owners and professionals working in the residential flat industry – and took place last night (5th December) at The Troxy in East London. Now in its fifth year, the ceremony attracted over 600 property professionals from all over England & Wales and is now a well established fixture in the leasehold industry’s calendar. The sole purpose of the awards is to recognise and celebrate excellence in the UK Property Management sector.
Employing over 100 people at its Manchester head office and onsite, The Livingcity Group provides a comprehensive range of services for its clients which include major developers, financial institutions and investors who use the company to manage all aspects of residential, mixed use and commercial buildings, primarily in the North West and also across the UK.
Mark Gallimore, managing director, commented: “We are very proud of the job we do, but being highly commended is a fantastic end to the year. As a business, we are committed to delivering a first class property management solution to our clients, tenants and occupiers so this accolade is recognition of that focus and effort.”
