Unique offer gives lucky racegoers the chance to experience Ladies Day at The Crabbie’s Grand National

The Crabbie’s Grand National is offering one in 10 people the chance to attend Ladies Day for free – for a limited time.

On Tuesday, December 10 Aintree Racecourse in association with TicketQuarter in Queen Square will launch the 10-10-10 event as part of The Road To The Crabbie’s Grand National.

For 10 days racegoers who buy Ladies Day Tattersalls tickets from the TicketQuarter box office in Queen Square, Liverpool could get their entry free of charge as every 10th ticket sold will be given away.

According to Jockey Club North West regional director John Baker, racegoers will be testing their luck before the festival.

“In 2014 we are celebrating 10 years since Amberleigh House – the last Ginger McCain-trained winner and the first winner for the late Crabbie’s chairman John Halewood – won the Grand National,” he said. “This offer is an homage to that triumph, every 10th Tattersalls ticket for Ladies Day is free for 10 days to mark 10 years.

“Buying a ticket during 10-10-10 could make you a big winner. When you arrive at the kiosk the big question you will ask yourself is ’am I that 10th sale? Were there nine sales before me or eight? How long ago was the last free ticket issued?

“If you are lucky, you could be coming to experience Ladies Day at The Crabbie’s Grand National at Aintree free of charge. We wish

everyone the best of luck.“

Every 10th ticket sold for Tattersalls on Ladies Day during 10-10-10 will be free. Tickets do not have to be purchased in bulk. Customers will not discover whether they have qualified for a free ticket free until the transaction is complete and no clues will be given. The offer will end on Friday, December 20.

Tickets and hospitality packages are already available to purchase at www.thecrabbiesgrandnational.co.uk, and via TicketQuarter in Queen Square, online at www.ticketquarter.co.uk or by calling 0844 8000 410.
